Tae Kwon Do
This is a Korean Martial Art. You will be taught the tenets of Tae Kwon Do which include: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, self-control and Indomitable spirit.
Tae Kwon Do emphasizes increased coordination, mental awareness, confidence, balance and overall fitness.

Beginner Tennis
Drills and games assist players with learning proper techniques for forehand, backhand, serve and volley.

Babysitters Training
This course is designed for 11-15 year olds and helps prepare them for those first babysitting opportunities. Instruction includes parent and sitter responsibilities; how to perform routine care such as feeding, bathing, and diapering; major elements of home and sitter safety; basic infant/child growth and development along with appropriate activities; fire hazards and escape; and how to provide minor injury treatment or handle an emergency. Includes certificate.

Youth Scholarship Program
Eligibility for this scholarship program requires that applicant is a current Clear Creek Resident or attends school in Clear Creek. A 25%-50% discount is available based on the documented government aid program the applicant participates in. A scholarship application must be completed for each program and the fee must be over $20. Application must be approved before the participant registers for the program.

Summer Camp

The Clear Creek Recreation Center will be hosting a fun and exciting Summer Camp for children ages 5 –12. For 10 weeks, the camp will meet at Carlson Elementary for games, swimming, group sports, activities and more. Various field trips to fun attractions will be scheduled throughout the summer. This program is licensed through the State of Colorado Division of Child Care and adheres to the established guidelines for counselor-child ratios, curriculum, nutrition and staff qualifications. A snack will be provided twice daily, but please bring a brown bag lunch. Join us for a summer of “something fun.” Camp will begin June 2nd -
August 15th.
No camp the week of July 4th.

Fees: (All fees MUST be paid two weeks in advance)
Summer Camp (10 weeks)
1. For registrations received by April 15th, 2008 your total cost per day will be $28. $5 per day is due by April 15.
The balance of $23 per day is due 2 weeks in advanced.
2. For registrations received after April 15th, 2008, or any schedule changes or additions throughout the summer, your total cost per day will be $30. $5 per day is due at registration. The balance of $25 per day is due 2 weeks in advance.
