CCMRD has a variety of spaces and amenities to make your next event, special occasion, or business meeting a success. Take a look at the options below, submit an Equipment & Facility Rental Form, and we will follow up with you to confirm your request, provide additional details, and set up payment.

Special pricing is available for youth groups/summer camps, fundraising efforts, and for nonprofit and government entities.

  • If the facility or equipment rental cancellation occurs at least 15 days prior to the event, we will refund the reservation, minus a 5% fee OR you may choose to receive an account credit of the full amount (which is valid through the end of the year).
  • If the facility or equipment rental cancellation occurs less than 15 days prior to the event, we will do a 50% refund OR you may choose to receive an account credit of the full amount (which is valid through the end of the year).
